Following an OFSTED inspection, every school is given 3 development areas to further improve the provision at the school. Ours are:
- Effectiveness of Leadership & Management - further develop pupil tracking systems to check different groups progress; extend the roles of middle leaders; create a new 'School Improvement Plan'; further develop work with parents to enable them to contribute more to children's learning
- Quality of Teaching & Learning - accelerate progress of middle attaining pupils; further support disadvantaged pupils to 'catch up' with those nationally; further ensure consistent high quality teaching across the school
- Behaviour - develop tracking systems to reduce any occurrences of poor behaviour or fixed-term exclusions from the school
